Booking Policy
-To reschedule, please contact us directly at least 7 days before your scheduled event. -A travel fee will apply to areas outside of Virginia Beach; contact us for a quote. -To cancel your reservation, please contact us directly at least 3 days before your scheduled event; deposit will be forfeited if you cancel after this time frame. -We understand that weather can be an unexpected factor and always take this in to consideration. -You MUST contact us for a free consultation before booking so that we can ensure your space is capable of hosting the desired equipment. -Please be sure that YARD is raked and clean of debris, sticks and possible puncture objects. -Operator will schedule a day and time to come view set up area for adequate space and tree and electric line clearance. -Contract will be signed before set-up can begin.
